Thank you, rain!

Like the irises a few weeks ago, we are now getting more roses than we have had in years.  Thank you, rain!  

The first year that the 49ers won the Super Bowl, Tom and David were such fans that when I was at store that had roses to sell, I bought two "49er roses."  They bloomed red with yellow and were great.  That was many years ago and the yellow has disappeared, but the remaining red/pink roses are just beautiful.  And, like I said, I can't remember a year when there were so many (and buds still waiting to open)
